Rounded drops of dark chocolate at 80%, ideal for pastries or as a sweet snack. Made from butter and cocoa paste, it contains less sugar than other chocolates and therefore it has a more bitter taste.

CONSERVATION Store the dark chocolate coating in a cool place (between 10-22ºC), dry and not exposed to light. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
