Sweet madras curry
Madras curry is a uniform mixture of spices in which turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, cayenne, ginger, fennel, corn flour, cinnamon and salt predominate. It can be used interchangeably to cook vegetables or meats and has a very strong flavor with a very marked aroma.
