Yellow mustard seeds
Yellow or white mustard seeds have a mild and slightly bitter taste. You can use them whole or ground as a spice, to prepare sauces, vinaigrettes, pickles or directly to garnish some dishes and enrich their aroma (as is done a lot in Indian cuisine).
