Matcha Tea
Matcha is a ground or «rubbed» green tea that can be taken as an infusion or used in pastries and/or cocktail. As it is beaten in the water directly and not removed once prepared, we consume the entire leaves, enhancing the absorption of nutrients and compounds that are characteristic.

ELABORATION It can be prepared in traditional style, adding hot water in a bowl and emulsifying the matcha with a special bamboo brush; or in modern style it is basically vigorously shaking the matcha in water with a shaker, a blender or some rods.
