Organic golden flax seed
Although less known than brown linen, golden linen is just as beneficial but much more versatile, being somewhat sweeter. You can add the seeds, whole or ground, in salads, yogurts, smoothies or juices, vegetable creams and also in breads, cookies or biscuits.
